The main deity seated on a lotus blossom at center holding a chopper and skull cup in front of his chest, dressed in a tiger skin and adorned with a garland of severed heads, the face ferocious with flaming beard, eyebrows, and hair, all within an aureole of flames, surrounded by various female deities, with Vajradhara at top center, Sakya Tradition lineage teachers at upper left and right, two skeleton protector deities at lower left, and the donor at lower right
