A sandstone lingam with head of Shiva
Khmer, Pre-Angkor, 7th/8th century
With square base, prismatic middle, and bulbous top, the face of Shiva emerging from one side with slight smile, full features, elongated lobes, and high coiffure rising to a pronounced conical ridge that recedes into the lingam
