Oval, with rounded sides, each end set with a cabochon sapphire within a rose-cut diamond border, marked on ends

A nearly identical silver bangle, marked Fabergé and with the identical workmaster's mark, is illustrated in G. von Habsburg, Fabergé Hofjuwelier der Zaren (Munich, 1986), p. 139, no. 93. A comparable example is illustrated on p. 140, no. 103.
