1920: Joined Zeppelin Luftschiffbau as airship leader. Delivered reperations airship L.61 to Italy
1924: Spent months in U.S.A. with Capt.Lehman preparing U.S. authorities to receive LZ-126, delivered LZ-126 (ZR III) to U.S.A.
1931: Captain of 'Graf Zeppelin' LZ-127, flew on Round-the-World flight, Arctic flight, South America flights and to Spitzbergen
Died 15th Febraury 1935 in Weingarten/Werttemberg
