The fluted baluster columns on stepped shaped square bases with shell corners, one engraved PRESENTED TO THE OFFICERS 8th S.F, 1926, by M.J.FOWLER IN MEMORY OF HER SON, the other Lt. COL. G.H.FOWLER WHO FELL IN THE ATTACK ON THE HOHENZOLLERN REDOUBT, 15.10.15, detachable nozzles, foliate branches and three flame finials
