Of rectangular form, with a band of scrolling palmettes and flowers outlined in black on turquoise-blue ground, the lower edge of a large circular panel on white ground with a cobalt-blue flower with three green leaves on blue stem and a saz leaf, the spandrel on bole red ground with scrolling split-palmettes, haircrack, otherwise intact
