ILKHANID IRAN, EARLY 14TH CENTURY
With flat rounded table and conical bezel, the ring with two stylized dragon's heads, a small protudring knop at top, carved with floral arabesques, the dirham with the name of Sultan Abu Sa'id (r. 1316-35 AD)

A similar silver ring is published in Marian Wenzel, The Nasser D. Khalili Collection of Islamic Art, Ornament and Amulet, Marian Wenzel, London, 1993, cat.385, p.124). It is attributed to 14th or 15th century Iran or Anatolia.
