With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming that the movement of the present watch was manufactured in 1956. The watch was completed and encased in 1971 and sold on 7 May 1980.

Reference 725/4 was in production from 1957 until the early 1980s and was available in yellow gold only.
