CASE: the cartouche-shaped case with pierced trellis-filled sound frets flanked by acanthus scrolls and climbing foliage surmounted by a figure of Diana holding an Apollo shield, on scroll feet, DIAL: associated, with pierced gilt hands and signed 'Moisy/A PARIS', MOVEMENT: associated, the twin barrel movement with later Brocot escapement and outside countwheel strike on bell, later winding key, re-gilt
