Engraved broadside. 1 page, folio (26½ x 19½in.). Vignette of American eagle clutching arrows and olive branch, above flags and horns. Title in ornamental script, text in a uniform round hand, signatures in facsimile, within an ornamental border bearing the seals of the 13 original states and portraits of Washington, Adams and Jefferson. The Washington portrait signed "Gimber Sc., Trumbull Pinxt." Tear repaired in lower right corner.

A variant of William Woodruff's engraving that contains new engravings of the state seals, with the signatures reengraved in facsimile.
