The once-reflective circular disk with an ovolo border, the separately-cast handle in the form of a siren, with a pronounced chest and splayed wings, the feathers delineated, flanked by two scrolling volutes joined to the disk's edge, standing on volutes atop an Ionic capital, an ivy leaf on the reverse for attachment
