Cal. 722-1 automatic movement, 17 jewels, silvered matte dial, square numerals, luminous accents, outer black calibrated 1/5th seconds ring, three black engine-turned subsidiary dials for 30 minute and 12 hour registers, constant seconds, tonneau-shaped water-resistant-type case, black bezel calibrated for 200 units per hour, two round chronograph buttons in the band, screw down crown and inscribed screw back, stainless steel Rolex Oyster link bracelet and deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed

Lot Essay

The Reference 6241 was introduced in to the market in the early 1960's and remained in production until 1969. Available in stainless steel, 14k and 18k gold, it was fitted with the non-Oyster chronograph buttons and a bezel with black plastic insert.
