of tapering oval form, on beaded scrolling foliate feet and with a beaded rim and plain liner, one side with extensive presentation inscription of political interest, "To Albert Pell, Member of Parliament for South Leicestershire", the cover engraved with crests and mottos within garter cartouches, James Garrard, London 1886 - 14½in. (36.75cm.) overall, 110oz.; and a part-illuminated leather-bound book with a testimonial to the recipient.
