Circular, on spreading foot, the bowl centering black Imperial double-headed eagle on green ground within circular reserve with green waterleaf, black and gold alternating borders, the rim with similar borders, the gilt body painted with orange-red rosettes and green foliage within triangular cartouches within shaped blue bands, marked inside the foot with underglaze green factory marks and indistinctly inscribed letters
