Monica Bellucci

Born in Moscow in 1966, Andrei Sharov's art education was conducted during the last years of communism in Russia, but his work naturally gravitates towards the concrete and capitalist world of western pop culture and high fashion, as evident in lot 355. Sharov studied at the Moscow Institute of Technology as a fashion and theatre costume designer, receiving prizes for his collaborative work with the theatre of Roman Viktyuk and the Mossovet Theatre in the 1990s, whilst he has continued to work both as a fashion designer and as an artist throughout and till the present day.
