A MING-STYLE BLUE AND WHITE BOWL
QIANLONG SEAL MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1736-1795)
The bowl has deep rounded sides that flare to the everted rim, and is painted in fifteenth century style on the interior with a central flower sprig below six other flower sprigs, which are repeated on the exterior above a band of classic scroll encircling the spreading foot. Detached flower sprays are on the top of the rim and a band of key fret on the underside.
