A FRENCH ORMOLU AND CUT GLASS EIGHTEEN-LIGHT CHANDELIER
LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY
The central shaft issuing scrolling branches hung with faceted drops, needles, and beaded garlands, with drip-pans and fluted nozzles, the upper section with a palm frond corona hung with further droplets and beads, terminating in a spherical glass boss, fitted for electricity
