THE MOUNTS BY PAUL LOUCHET, LATE 19TH CENTURY
The foliate-cast rim above a waisted neck and tapering body applied with a band of scrolling acanthus, with a copper liner to the interior, on three satyr-headed supports, above a further three supports cast with entrelac terminating in scrolled feet, on a triform mahogany and fruitwood marquetry plinth with acanthus trails and toupie feet, with foundry plaquette to the base stamped 'PARIS LOUCHET CISELEUR'
