EARLY 19TH CENTURY
With swamped twist sighted barrels, iron tangs each incorporating a rear-sight, flat bevelled locks each with stepped-tail and roller, figured walnut full stocks each with panels of basket-weave chequering to the butt and inlaid with silver wire around the barrel-tang, iron mounts including trigger-guards each with urn finial, and turned iron ramrods, St. Etienne proof (one stock cracked beneath tail of lock, iron parts discoloured, some wear to barrels, fore-ends chipped)
