With sighted barrel, receiver marked 'BURNSIDE'S PATENT MARCH 25TH 1856' and with guide-screw to the right side, back-action lock, short iron saddle-bar with iron suspension ring, walnut stock, and iron mounts (some discolouration throughout, stock bruised)
