Of compressed circular form, on spreading foot, the lower and upper band decorated with gadrooning, the mid band decorated with chased scrolling foliage against a granulated background, the hinged lid with a knop finial and decorated with leaves, the handle decorated with a female head, with dragon spout, the front engraved with an English crest, marked on base
