Comprising a pair of scissors and a spatula, the scissors with handles tooled to form a mirrored calligraphic composition reading one of the 99 names of God ya fattah (O Opener), the blades opening to reveal cypress trees filled with arabesques, the spatula with widening blade filled with cusped cartouches of elegant arabesques, the handle with a band of interlacing vine within a border of scrolls, some losses to damascening
