The sprinkler with ribbed rounded body, rising from a petalled base to a long tapering spout supported by a floral collar and bulbous base, the finial in the shape of a floral bud, the tray with cusped rim, decorated with dense floral scrolls

A pair of very similar rosewater sprinklers is attributed to Cuttack, Orissa and illustrated in Silver Mughal Magnificence, exhibition catalogue, Charleroi, 1987, cat.94, p.86.
