late 19th/early 20th century
the central globe with cartouche TERRESTRIAL GLOBE ... J Ferear Paris, two arms for Sun and Moon discs, the rings painted red with applied lithographed scales, comprised of two colures, arctic, tropics, equator and ecliptic rings, the ecliptic not through tropics, in a graduated brass meridian, the horizon supported on four turned wooden legs united with cross-stretchers and base plate.

Spanish globes, armillaries and planetaria are rare. Production runs must have been small and publishers probably depended on parts from the rest of Europe.
