VERY RARE: only five copies can be traced in institutions (British Library, National Library of Wales, American University Cairo, New York Public Library and University of Minnesota), and according to ABPC/AE only one copy has sold at auction in the past 30 years (Sotheby's 11 October 2005 lot 279).
