Each with scrolled tablet cresting above a guilloche frieze and scrolled arms with fully sculpted swan supports and covered in cream and gold woven silk, raised on lyre-carved lion's paw monopodia, one frame with stenciled inventory number IC6F500 (4)

These elegant fauteuils can be attributed to Henri Jacob on the basis of an identical set stamped by him, sold Ader Tajan, Paris, 15 December 1993, lot 126.
