ATTRIBUTED TO THE LIGHT-MAKE CLASS, CIRCA 490-480 B.C.
One side with a central armoured hoplite wearing greaves and a Corinthian helmet, carrying a spear and large shield with a Macedonian star device, a beardless draped attendant on either side holding a spear; the other side with similar scene of hoplite and attendants, the shield with a flying bird device; scrolling lotus buds under the handles, rays above foot, band of dotted zigzags below the scene, band of vine around neck, details in added white and red
