MARK OF WILLIAM ELLIOTT, LONDON, 1819
Each in rococo style, on a shaped circular foot, elaborately chased with scrolls, foliage and rocaille on a matte background, also with four figures representing the four elements, including a lion, dolphin, dragon, and eagle, the base rising to a knopped baluster stem, the sockets and the removable nozzles with conforming decoration, marked on bases and nozzles
