TWO CARVED ZITAN BUDDHIST FIGURES

Both figures are seated on double lotus bases and before flaming mandorla. One figure is carved seated in dhyanasana holding an alms bowl whilst the other holds two further attributes. The wood is of a dark tone with some gilding and pigments remaining.
