Mechanical lever movement, 15 jewels, white enamel dial, Roman numerals, blued steel moon-style hands, subsidiary seconds, cuvette engraved Medaille d'Argente, Paris 1867, Système Remontoire et mise à l'heure, Breveté, circular engine-turned case, the front cover with royal blue enamel initials EC, the back with enamel coat-of-arms depicting a black eagle looking up at the sun on royal blue enamel background, topped by a polychrome enamel crown, special patented hand-setting button at four o'clock, which can be locked by a lever, patented cover winding, hinged back, case numbered, cuvette signed and numbered, movement signed
