ABPC records just one example of the folio issue in over 35 years: the Schwerdt copy (sold, Sotheby's, 14 May 1979, lot 274), to which can also be added the Gloucester copy (sold, Christie's, 27 January 2006, part lot 616). Like the Schwerdt and Gloucester copies, this copy issued without 'The Hunters', which appears as plate 35 in the octavo edition. Schwerdt I, p. 25.
