The arms surmounted by a crowned helmet and winged crest, a banner inscribed .C.C. HOEKKE.1719 below, Mercury standing to the right, the border with rocaille shells and stiff-leaf tips suspending swags, the underside of the rim with ribbon-tied artemesia leaves
