Comprising a silver crook handled cane with a cat chasing a ball of string on an ebony shaft, a silver eagle's head cane on a snakewood shaft and a silver electrotype stylized leaf cane, signed DE FEURE

Lot Essay

Georges De Feure (1868-1943) was a French painter, industrial and decorative art designer. He was the key designer for Samuel Bing's L'Art Nouveau. He was an exhibitor at the 1900 Exposition Universelle de Paris.
