Reconditioned by Maitre de Chai in 1986. Slightly corroded and damaged long château capsule. Bin-soiled, faded and very slightly damaged old style Lafite label. Level base of neck. Good colour. In carton
Tasting Note: Some outstanding bottles tasted from the mid-1970s. Most recently, two bottles, both outstanding: each had a good colour; ripe, mulberry-rich bouquet; sweet, soft, lots of life, delicious. Aug 2005. At best ***** M.B.
