QIANLONG/JIAQING PERIOD (1735-1820)
The deep-sided vessel is decorated with an intricate design of auspicious and Buddhist emblems including bats, lotus heads, the endless knot, peaches, chimes and shou characters amidst scrolling foliage on a turquoise ground, the sides decorated with lotus heads and scrolling foliage.
