With a radiating striated beard and pronounced cheekbones, his widely-spaced bulging eyes with articulated pupils, his broad pug nose with wide nostrils, his teeth visible in his open mouth, dimpled at the corners, his ears projecting to the sides, the brow furrowed, surmounted by a modius, a tenon below
