CIRCA 1740-60
Of rectangluar form with canted corners, the domed central part painted with Harlequin dancing on a chequered and marbled floor, wearing a feathered hat, striped costume and holding a bottle, tasseled curtains above him, the rim with a border of trailing flowers against a blue ground (restored rim chips)
