A RHINOCEROS HORN 'CHILONG' LIBATION CUP
QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
The cup is carved in the form of an open blossom rising to an irregularly-shaped rim from the base carved as swirling waves. The exterior is carved in high relief with five chilong, with the largest dragon clambering over the rim forming the openwork handle.
