With globular bodies and tall cylindrical necks, each covered in a widely-crackled lavender-blue glaze, the rims, interiors and bases with crackled white glazes, probably previously mounted

Possibly supplied by Robert Fogg, London, 5 February 1806 as 'a pair of Blue Ground Jars and mounted' to The Hon. Edward 'Beau' Lascelles (1764-1814) and by descent at Harewood House, Yorkshire.
