Modelled with a profile portrait of George IV within a laurel band, the reverse with the Prince of Wales feathers, with a gilt-metal cover, together with a miniature bronze bust of the Prince of Wales, later George IV, on a brown bloodstone socle, with inscription 'PUBL.D BY T. HAMLET1.JAN.Y 1829' (2)
Provenance
The jasper scent-bottle gifted by Georgiana, Lady Mount Stephen, 3 July 1914, probably to H.R.H. The Princess Mary, Princess Royal, Countess of Harewood (1897-1965).
And by descent at Harewood House, Yorkshire.
