A PAIR OF LATE 19TH CENTURY RUBY AND DIAMOND EAR CLIPS
Of flowerhead design, each with cushion shaped mixed-cut ruby centres weighing approxiamtely 3.12 and 2.58 carats respectively, to a triple border of stepped old-cut diamond-set petals, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1880, French marks for gold, later clip fittings
Accompanied by report no.s 62167 and 62165 dated 22 February 2012 from The Swiss Gemmological Institute (SSEF), stating that the 2.58 and 3.12ct rubies are natural, with no indications of heating, origin: Burma (2)
