The serpentine-fronted Rouge de Maine marble top above a shaped frieze centred by a cartouche with a mythical mask flanked by floral sprays, on foliate-headed cabriole legs carved with Bacchic masks, joined by a platform and terminating in C-scroll hoof feet, originally decorated
