Fresh to the market, these two fine platinum watches were purchased together by descendants of the originals owner at the Patek Philippe Salon in Geneva in 1958. According to family history they requested the dials to be changed to black. Upon close inspection one can discern the origin signature over the current gilt. It is not known if this was done by Patek Philippe or at a later date.
