Further details
Edgar Brandt and George Bastard created this vase for the ocean liner Normandie. It came in two sizes; the larger 13 inch model was for the public rooms and the slightly smaller version, 10 inches high, was used in the deluxe staterooms. Each is impressed with the CGT logo of the Compagnie Générale Transatlantique.
