Woven in silks and wools, depicting Bathsheba seated by a fountain with David watching from a balcony, with a messenger before her, from 'The Story of David', with a palatial building beyond, within a border of fruiting foliage centred to both sides and the bottom corners with classically-draped figures, between spirally-twisted bands, with remains of weaver's mark, minor losses
