TWO WHITE JADE SHAPED RECTANGULAR PENDANT PLAQUES
18TH/19TH CENTURY
One is carved in low relief on one side with a leafy double-gourd vine, and on the reverse with a small shou character above a panel enclosing the characters fulu (happiness and prosperity). The second plaque is carved on one side with a jue and a prunus branch, and on the reverse with an inscription, zenghua yisuan nian nian shou (may you enjoy years and years of longevity). The stone of each is semi-translucent and of even tone.
