Two paintings from a Bhagavata Purana series

The first with Brahma shown twice, first at upper right meeting with Shiva and Parvati, and again in the foreground leading archers into battle against a fortified city, confronting an opponent who is shown again with his arms cut off in defeat; the second with Krishna and Balarama shown twice, at left speaking with two men, and at right worshipping a mountain along with gopis, other cowherders bringing offerings and a bullock-drawn chariot bearing three woman approaching from left
