(Marginal pencil annotations in vol. II) Later blue half morocco over marbled boards by Balmes, 1953, gilt edges, original wrappers bound in. Provenance: purchased from José Mestre Albareda, 1952. Béraldi's collection was particularly rich in fine bindings and illustrated books from the 16th to the 20th century, and many are illustrated in the catalogue.
