A BLUE AND WHITE BOWL
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The bowl has deep rounded sides painted on the exterior in soft underglaze blue in Chenghua style with leafy camellia scroll bearing five flowers, and the center of the interior is decorated with a stylized camellia spray, all within double line borders. An apocryphal Xuande mark is on the base.
