The figure is well modeled wearing crisply draped robes and a cowl, and shown seated, with hands held in her lap, on a rock formation from which rise two outcroppings, one supporting a cord-tied book inscribed Xinjing (Heart Sutra). Her face is modeled with small features and a peaceful expression.
